What is Control?

Control HR is a time and attendance system for companies. Your people clock in with fingerprint, face, a GPS phone or WhatsApp; Control calculates late arrivals, absences, vacations and overtime with your company's rules and hands you payroll ready, no spreadsheets. What do I need to get started?

A ZKTeco biometric reader, the GPS app or just WhatsApp: with any of the three, clock-ins land on the same dashboard. Control runs in the cloud and is set up in under 24 hours, with no servers on your side.

Does it integrate with my payroll?

Yes. Absences and overtime come out ready for SAP, Odoo, Meta4, CONTPAQi and Aspel NOI, or in Excel for any other payroll system.

Does it count as an electronic working-time record?

Yes. Every clock-in stores the exact time, location and device, and the report per employee is ready for the labor authority or an audit, wherever the law requires an electronic record.

Does it work outside Mexico?

Yes. Control runs in the cloud for companies in any country, in English, Spanish and Portuguese, with schedules, grace periods and payroll rules configurable per branch and per position.
